Integration Architect
Remote
- Design the connective layer across a property stack: property management system, channel manager, pricing tool, lock and access APIs, cleaning platform, and payments.
- Build agent workflows with deterministic services, human approval gates, and full audit logging on every action.
- Define evaluation suites: golden cases, pass thresholds, failure taxonomies, and the escalation rules that decide when a person takes over.
Operations Analyst
Remote
- Run structured discovery with operators: interviews, exception mapping, and a real count of how many times a person moves information between systems.
- Produce the Operating Map, including the workflows we recommend leaving alone and the arithmetic behind each call.
- Write the acceptance criteria and evaluation cases the build is graded against before anything is written.
Delivery Manager
Remote
- Run fixed scope, fixed timeline delivery across concurrent engagements, scheduled around a property's season rather than through it.
- Own the rollout from review mode to autonomy: approval phases, release gates, and training the operator's own team.
- Hold scope, risk, and communication end to end, including saying no to work that will not pay for itself.
